  • 01. Micro Decortication: A process for green stem inputs resulting in a homogeneous output material that can be used for multiple commercial applications.

  • 02. Hydro Thermal Extraction: A process that delivers a 20% yield increase and up to 30% higher fibre quality compared to conventional methods. High-grade fibres fulfil the requirements for high-value textiles. In addition, valuable bi-products, such as Lignin are extracted.

  • 03. Nano Sizing: This low-energy, low-temperature technology handles multiple plant input materials. Innovative nanomaterial technology is integral to and applied across many industries, e.g. automotive, textile, polymers, etc. They are advantageous in the transition towards a bio-based future whilst enjoying the same level of end-user utility.

Phytofinery® Manufacturing Potential


The global industrial Hemp market is forecasted to grow by 25% by 2028. Our focus on high throughput technology enables operators to participate in this rapid growth while delivering highly functional, carbon-negative products to customers and retailers. With a range of certified and licenced end-user products, operators can go to market and test for OEM and end-user demand.     Every building material or product derived from hemp, manufactured in a PHYTOFINERY®, carries a carbon-negative footprint, capable of sequestering up to 350kg of CO2 per cubic meter.

    Meticulously crafted, our production lines generate top-quality, large-volume products tailored to the construction sector, serving new build and renovation markets. We provide processing lines for various hemp-based products, including blocks, drywall boards, structural boards, insulation, acoustic boards, blow-in insulation, plaster support board systems, retrofit thermal insulation composite systems, needle-punched felt for impact sound insulation, and fibre blowing for 3D contour window frame insulation.


    The global paper industry needs help to supply certified, regenerative raw materials. Hemp grows in 120 days in comparison to 20 years for a tree.

    In addition, hemp has up to 20% higher cellulose value than wood-based input. In contrast, cellulose extraction produces fewer chemical waste streams and cleaner, valuable side streams such as sulphur-free lignin.

    Phyto-refineries can produce high-quality technical cellulose for the wet spinning of MMCFs. These fibres are particularly in demand from the high-end fashion industry to decarbonise their supply chain.

Each biomolecule requires very specific technology driven by innovation, efficient process automation and AI application, whenever possible. The main target is Cellulose for MMCFs and HMF as feedstock for green resin bonding systems and PEF applications.

Depending on the use and property requirements of the product, we install the necessary modules to deliver the required finished or semi-finished product based on your upfront specifications. Plant based Ingredients & Protein

Based on extensive market research, high bioavailable plant-based proteins are rare.

  • Hemp Seeds

    Hemp seeds hulled in a PHYTOFINERY® are of first-grade quality, delivering the best raw protein source, containing all essential amino acids and the remaining 12 aminos. Our sophisticated technology, equipment, and line layout enable you to produce market-ready products with long shelf lives, consistent quality, and high-quality standards.

    Phytofinery® offers bulk and retail filling stations that can be installed for all its products.

    Hulled Hemp seeds have a 30% protein content and contain essential fatty acids, Gamma Linolenic acid and vitamin E. Lines can be installed for:

    • Wholehemp seeds
    • Hulled hemp seeds
    • Hemp protein 50%
    • Hemp protein 70%
    • Hemp fibre and
    • Hemp oil, cold pressed and or refined

    Other oil seeds and gluten-free, high-value grains suitable for processing in a PHYTOFINERY® are:
